I am carrying on with my healthkick in 2009. Last week I got myself a mini-trampoline and am now bouncing around for 20 minutes every day. Very good and I can really feel I've had a workout the day after.
The reason I've chosen to write in English, is simply because there are no "a, a or o's" on my keyboard... and because my lovely Swedish friends are smart enough to understand English, while my English mates are not as fluent in Swedish (in fact, I think the only person who can speak a bit of Swedish is Barney and he usually just says "Fan ta dig!") .
